The An operator working for promoter (either event or tour promoter) could can see and use report of Configuration domain only, they are not allowed to configure or remove a report.

When an operator working for promoter access to the list of Report screen:
- He can only generate reports report (Standard, Exclusive, Custom) of Configuration domain Configuration.
- Other functions (create new report, delete report, modify or rename a report) are restricted.
- Report of other domains are filter out.
