Report generation

The operator working for promoter (either event or tour promoter) could see and use report of Configuration domain only, they are not allowed to configure or remove a report.
More details:
When an operator working for promoter access to the list of Report screen:
- He can only generate reports (Standard, Exclusive, Custom) of domain Configuration.
- Other functions (create new report, delete report, modify or rename a report) are restricted.
- Report of other domains are filter out.
And then, in the report generation screen:
- Dropdown product only contains the product follow the promoter/producer model.
- When a single entry product is selected (event or competition), dropdown Space is reloaded to display only Space has been used by one of the performance of the selected product.
