When an online payment fails, SecuTix informs customers by adding a note to their file. Until now, it was impossible to delete the notification even if the payment went through on the second attempt (using a different credit card, for example).
To prevent any confusion for back-office operators, the failed payment notification is now deleted from the file once a payment goes through
Lors de l'échec d'un paiement sur Internet, SecuTix le notifie dans le dossier du client. Jusqu'alors, cette notification ne s’effaçait pas, malgré un paiement réussi lors de la seconde tentative (utilisation d'une autre carte de crédit par exemple).
Afin d'éviter toute confusion pour les opérateurs de backoffice, la notification d'échec de paiement sera désormais supprimée du dossier dès qu'un paiement sera réussi.
