Feature description
You can now give partial refunds on all the tickets for a match (or performance) which is called off after it has started, e.g. by bad weather. You can choose what percentage to refund on all the match tickets regardless of their price. The refunded tickets are actually exchanged for reduced-price tickets. After exchange the new ticket has the status of the original.
Example: the original ticket costs €100 and has been checked.The institution intends to refund all the tickets at 60%. The original ticket is cancelled and exchanged for a new ticket that costs €40, set to checked status.
This process ensures that the match proceeds are correct. Using the example above, the proceeds will account for a ticket sold at €40.
How to activate the new function
Step 1: Launch the new partial refund feature
- Program (or run) the new "Session/match partial refund" function in the "Session/match refund" batch.
- Specify the refund rate, match (or session) to be refunded, and the channel and point of sale to use for the refund.
Step 2: Pay the refund
Run the "Dispatch refunded payment" function. This function is also part of the "Session/match refund" batch".

Description de la fonctionnalité
Vous pouvez dorénavant rembourser partiellement tous les billets d'un match (ou d'une représentation culturelle) interrompu alors qu'il avait déjà commencé, par exemple en cas d'intempérie. Vous pouvez choisir le pourcentage du remboursement qui s'appliquera à tous les billets du match quel que soit leur prix. Les billets remboursés sont en fait échangés contre des billets à prix réduit. Le nouveau billet, après échange, reprend l'état du billet d'origine.
Exemple: le billet d'origine coûte 100€ et a été contrôlé. L'organisme prévoit de rembourser tous les billets à 60%. Le billet d'origine est annulé et échangé contre un nouveau billet dont le prix est de 40€, mis à l'état contrôlé.
Cette manière de faire garantit une recette de match correcte. En reprenant l'exemple ci-dessus, la recette tiendra compte d'un billet vendu au prix de 40€.
Comment activer cette nouvelle fonctionnalité?
Etape 1: Lancer la nouvelle fonction de remboursement partiel
- Programmer (ou exécuter directement) la nouvelle fonction "Remboursement partiel de séance/match" du batch "Remboursement de séance/match".
- Préciser le taux de remboursement, le match (ou séance) à rembourser ainsi que la filière et le point de vente à utiliser pour le remboursement.
Etape 2: Effectuer le remboursement
Exécuter la fonction "Expédition paiement remboursé". Cette fonction existante fait également partie du batch "Remboursement de séance/match".
