What are the differences between Online and Offline Activation ?

The real difference between these two activations relies on how the QR Code is revealed:

• For online activation, an API call will inform the mobile to reveal the ticket, implying that the mobile must be connected to the internet.
• For offline activation, once the mobile clock reaches activation time, the QR Code will be automatically revealed without the need to be connected to the internet.

Why are we removing online activation ?

Over the past 11 months, we have observed that only 33% of tickets were activated online, whereas a notable 77% were successfully activated offline.

What happens next ?

1) You're using OFFLINE activation only

Lucky you, you have nothing to do.

2) You're still using ONLINE activation mode
