After collection of opt-ins, you send the list of contacts having given their consent to the concerned event organiser. <p>In order to ensure short response times, the file search was restricted to a period of one day (date of creation or date of last modification of a file). In an effort to bring TIXNGO and S-360 closer to simplify operations and allow you to further leverage the power of TIXNGO, we are taking a first step by making it possible to keep the mobile owner of TIXNGO in sync with the cultural contact of S-360.<br><h2 id="Keepmobileownerandculturalcontactinsync-Solution">Solution</h2><p>When the ticket status is sent back to S-360, in particular in the case of transfer, S-360 will automatically create a contact, if necessary, and assign that ticket to that contact, thus keeping the cultural contact of each ticket in sync with the current mobile ticket owner.</p></div></div></div></div></div><p><br></p><p><br></p></div><p></p></div>
