Previously, while we can identify spectators or scalpers holding an implausible quantity of tickets, we were unable to inhibit the transfer of these tickets to secondary purchasers, aside from manually deleting tickets from suspicious spectators.

We have now introduced a new feature, allowing you to lock (and unlock) spectators preventing them to do specific actions from the wallet.

Once locked, a spectator is prohibited from transferring, assigning, or reselling any of his/her tickets.

Who can lock/unlock a spectator ?

Only back-office users with ADMIN role can lock or unlock a spectator.

How to know the 'lock' status of a spectator ?

Locked

Right after the e-mail address, a lock icon will be displayed if the spectator is locked

In the spectator section, a warning message will be displayed if the spectator is locked

Unlocked

No lock icon

No message

How to lock a spectator ?

Only an unlocked spectator can be locked by a back-office user with ADMIN role.
