Increase your number of season ticket holders by offering them a new service. Allow them to resell their seats on your resale platform, if they can’t attend an event. That way, your customers will be less hesitant to buy a season ticket.

Here’s how to do it

  • For each online point of sales, authorize (or not) to sell season ticket seats on the resale platform by using the “Resell tickets from a subscription” setting for the corresponding point of sales. Of course, if you don’t want this function, you can leave the setting as “no” for all online points of sales.
  • The user buys a "calculated price" or championship season ticket. Seats from other fixed price season tickets tickets (other than championship season tickets) cannot be sold on the exchange market because of the risk of abuse that is inherent to their pricing.
  • If they wish, the user can offer a seat from their season ticket for sale on the resale platform, like they would do with an individual ticket. They can choose a resell price in line with the defined purchase price and range (minimum and maximum percentages).
  • A buyer logs on to the exchange market and buys the seat. The user can be an occasional contact.
