LIMITATIONS:

  • Type: public, indicator, contact
  • Prod. family: event, competition, open pass
  • Upon putting on resale, advantage must be running
  • Compared to regular advantage:
    • Configuration of profile: the targeted products must be included, having the resale advantage is not sufficient. 
    • No dedicated advantage screen on C2C
    • No advantage banner
  • However, you still see the advantages in your account page and also the summary page will display the advantage
  • Suspending an advantage will make tickets available for all! Advantages can be modified without being suspended.
  • Availability displays the total number of tickets for that performance/match, regardless of advantage or not, meaning some users may actually only be able to purchase less than that.
